Manthika is one person today. A collaborator would own a role whole — a line’s content, its product or its distribution — not a slice shared across many.

• Owns a line’s syllabus, its checks and its prose.
• Owns a line’s distribution: the site it lives on, who finds it.
• No equity or pay structure exists yet — that is worked out with the right person, not posted in advance.
