What you pay, and what you can undo

You pay once, for what you bought — a PDF, a pass, or a printed book. There is no loan behind that payment, no EMI, and no financing plan attached to it. Nothing about the purchase renews itself, so there is no subscription running quietly in the background for you to remember to cancel. That absence is not a limited-time offer that could change — it is how the payment is built.

The price you see is the whole price. No fee appears after you have already decided to buy, and no financing is offered beside it. It is one download, one number, one charge.

If a payment does not go through, no money has left your account. You are told that plainly, first. Any technical detail about why it failed comes after that sentence -- never instead of it.

You can undo a purchase yourself within 24 hours, for no reason beyond having changed your mind. No form, no phone call, no support ticket, and no one has to approve it. This is stated again at the moment you pay — not only on a policy page you would have had to go looking for. For the pass and the PDF, that window refunds you in full; past 24 hours a pass keeps running to its date and a PDF stays yours. Days you earned through the scholarship, and a pass redeemed from a printed book’s code, are not refundable — a printed book’s own return is the shop’s process, not this one.

Nobody is sold to here. There is no door-to-door visit, no cold call, and no demonstration you must sit through before you are allowed to see or buy the product.

A feature you already own, and have already built a way of working around, is never moved behind a new payment later.

How we handle a number we ask you to believe

Every measured number you see resolves, one step away, to a plain statement of what was measured, on what sample, and what the number does not show. A number with no such statement behind it does not get shown to you. This is the same discipline our internal honesty ledger already holds us to, applied to anything you can see.

A page shows one measured number at a time, with the method a step away rather than crowded in beside it. Stacking every qualification next to the number would build a wall you would stop reading -- which would defeat the reason the qualifications exist.

When a measurement comes back showing nothing, we publish that on the same terms as one that came back well. Publishing only the half that flatters us would make every other number we publish worthless as evidence.

The detail an adult needs to audit a claim sits one level deeper than a learner’s working screen. That detail -- sample sizes, how it was reviewed, and whether a claim is proven, research-only, or not yet run -- is reached only by a reader who goes looking for it. A learner in the middle of a lesson never meets it.

What we will not do to your child

A child is never ranked publicly against other children. Where a rank exists at all, it belongs to a mock-exam result the learner sees privately. It never enters the daily lesson loop, and it never appears anywhere anyone else can read it.

A named learner’s result is never used in marketing without that person’s documented consent and a plain statement of exactly which product they used.

Feedback names what was wrong with an answer -- never what is wrong with the learner. We do not write feedback that grades ability, compares one learner to another, or shames. That kind of copy reliably damages the person it is aimed at.

Default session lengths are stated publicly, and set against published paediatric screen-time guidance. You can check our own default against an outside standard -- you do not have to take our word for it.

What we do not build

The product carries no points, experience bars, badges, or collectible rewards that time spent can earn without understanding improving. A record of what was actually done is kept; a currency that pays out for presence is not.

A record of which days a learner worked is kept and shown. Breaking that run costs them nothing, and no copy frames a broken streak as a loss or a failure.

Rewards are never randomised or handed out on an unpredictable schedule against correct answers or practice. The slot-machine mechanic is excluded by design, not merely turned down.

No message manufactures urgency, guilt, or disappointment to pull a learner back. Nothing in the product performs being let down by them, and no alert invents a rival who has overtaken them.

Hearts, lives, energy, and every similar resource mechanic are barred from firing on a correct answer. Scarcity may limit how much practice is available at once; it may never punish the act of practising.

What the product puts in front of a learner next is chosen by what they need to learn next -- never by what would keep them on the app longer.

Engagement telemetry never overrides how we teach. Difficulty, the bar for mastery, and what comes next are never tuned against time-on-app or retention numbers, unless a named owner ruling explicitly authorises that specific change. This is the one line in this list every other line depends on holding.

Whether an answer is correct, or whether a learner is ready to move on, is never shown by colour alone. This is an accessibility floor we are held to, not a visual preference we happen to have.

Who we are, and what happens if we stop

There is a standing public answer to what happens to your purchases and your child’s data if this company stops operating. What you buy is a file you already hold, so that answer is true today rather than promised for later. No competitor in this category answers that question publicly.

Our obligations under the DPDP Act for children’s data are met, and we are stating that publicly in 2026 -- ahead of the law’s own May 2027 deadline. This is a legal duty we are choosing to publish, not a compliance item we are keeping silent.

When someone criticises us in public, we answer with a correction -- never a lawsuit. A competitor in this category once sued a critic over a marketing claim later admitted in court to be fictional; that is not how we answer criticism.

Content on this product carries a named, real, verifiable author. An anonymous “our expert faculty” is not an author, and we do not use one.

What is free, the pass, and the guarantee (row 10.56)

A Class pass opens every subject we publish for that class, and every class below it — one price for everything we release this year. At launch that is Maths for Classes 10, 11 and 12.

The pass runs to 31 March 2027, the end of the school year.

The pass to 31 March 2027 costs ₹999, one price for every class this year.

Nothing past that is free unconditionally. Past the first chapter, practice is paid for or earned.

Every foundation module you master adds seven days to your pass date, paid account or not. The standard that earns the days is published, anyone can attempt it, and a module can be retried with no penalty for trying again.

The PDF alone costs ₹299: the complete book, offline and printable, for one payment.

The printed book carries a pass code inside, and it is sold on Amazon. Its price is set separately by the print line, so no number for it appears here.

The Board 90 pack, for Class 10 and Class 12, is the printed book, the PDF, the pass to March, and the guarantee, for ₹1,999.

The guarantee pays out on one condition, and we state it exactly: “every topic in the class’s published set at the L4 belt rung by 31 January 2027, and a CBSE boards Maths score under 90.”

Meet that condition, and the remedy is exactly this: “the next year’s pass free — for a Class 10 child a Class 11 pass to 31 March 2028; for a Class 12 child, who has no next year, a pass to the same date for a learner the family names (transferable, never cash).”

A guarantee claim is a marksheet upload, checked by hand in mid-2027. Nobody decides whether you qualify — the published condition already has.

A pass belongs to the account that bought it, or that redeemed its code. Every learner profile on that account can use it, for the pass’s class and every class below. A pass cannot move to another account. The one exception is the guarantee’s Class 12 remedy, which goes to a learner the family names.

The pass code inside a printed book works once. It opens a pass for the book’s class on the account that is signed in when the code is entered. After that, the code cannot be used again, and the pass cannot move to another account.

Found a mistake in a lesson? Use “Suggest a fix” right where you found it. It takes a few seconds. Nothing in the lesson changes until a person has approved the fix.

A module counts as mastered at the top belt, L4. Every part of the topic is solid, and you have answered a question that asks you to use it somewhere new. Each module earns its days once. The modules listed on this page are the ones that earn days: all of them, and only them.
